As a young girl, I would meticulously iron and fold my t-shirts and package them in cellophane I had collected from products my parents purchased. I just could never stand to see perfectly good packaging go to waste.
Coming from a place (and time) where things were not so readily available, we had to improvise a lot of times. This instilled in me the ideal of finding creative ways to solve challenges.
Now as an adult and small business owner, I carry this ideal with me. Whenever possible, my studio makes every effort to create beautiful packaging from cardboard that has a lot of life left.
At Yaytoonday Studio, we reserve beautiful cardboard boxes from a certain Swedish big box retailer to package our Coasters. These cardboard remnants are also used to cradle our small art prints.
This is just one way we do our part to care for the environment, while also keeping costs down. We invite you to do the same.
]]>Your wall decals come with a sheet of clear transfer tape .
Simply adhere the clear transfer tape over your decal. Smooth out any bubbles. Peel off the white backing sheet, leaving the decal on the transfer tape.
Position the decal with the transfer tape on the wall, adhesive side down. Press the decal firmly to the wall to make all parts make contact with the wall.
Smooth out with your hand or a straight edge tool. Carefully peel off the transfer tape, making sure to leave behind the decal on the wall.
Enjoy your new decal!
